How do I submit a lead?
Log in to the BrokerConnect app, tap "Submit Lead" from the dashboard, and fill in your client's details. Your broker will be notified immediately.
How do I check my commission status?
Your commission summary is visible on the Commission tab in the app. Payments are processed by your broker — contact them directly for specific payment queries.
I haven't received my invite email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact your broker and ask them to resend the invite from their portal.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, enter your email address and tap "Forgot password" to receive a reset link. If you have trouble, email us at support@brokerconnect.co.uk.
Is the BrokerConnect app available on Android?
Currently the app is available on iOS. Android support is coming soon — email us to be notified when it launches.
